The ECM983 console has a new
digital control center. and easy-to-use instructor keypad and
microprocessor control center incorporates the latest technological
features for identifying all student activates and functions. Mechanical
switches, knobs, and buttons have been replaced with simple soft-touch
keys and program indicators.
Digicall's format permits
the design of the mobile console to meet instructional needs for today and
tomorrow. Available lesson source options include: compact disc players,
cassette player/recorders, video cassette players, and laser disc players.
The Digicall system can easily be configured with classroom video and
other external media sources.
The instructor can monitor
individual students without their knowledge and provide instruction as
needed. Digicall's and recording functions provide instant access to
student work in progress, offering instructors the ability to assist and
record individuals, pairs, or groups of students.
